If your internet connection appears to be down, here are the steps you have to follow to "reboot".
Step 1: Shutdown your computer using the normal system shutdown procedure.
Step 2: Disconnect the power to your injector and Wireless Router at the power-bar (see picture below).
Step 3: Wait one minute and restore your power at power bar and restart your computer.
Step 4: After two to three minutes, check to see if your Internet has been restored by opening the web browser on your computer.
If you still have no Internet, proceed to step 5.
Step 5: Bypassing your Wireless Router (See photo below)
Step 1: Remove LAN cable from the "Internet" port on the back of your Wireless Router.
Step 2: Connect the LAN cable that you removed from your Wireless router's Internet port into your computer's Ethernet port.
Step 3: Using your computer, open your web browser and see if your Internet has been restored.
Step 4: Make sure the power bar is plugged in and turned on.
Step 5: If the Internet is working, you may need a new Wireless router.
