No internet connection how to diagnose:

Reboot your NorthWind DSL modem by disconnecting the power at the power bar or using the on/off button on the back of the router.  DO NOT press the "Reset" button on the modem.

If you have rebooted the NorthWind DSL modem and still have no internet connection.

Next step is to unplug the DSL cable from the back of your modem for 30-seconds and then reconnect to DSL port.

Check to see that your power is properly connected and the DSL cable connections are properly seated at the modem and wall-jack, wait three minutes and try your Internet connection again.
